diseases, in order to improve the quality of the water that
the inhabitants of the Region consume.

treatment of greater number of domestic wastewater generated
by the cities and the recovery of a greater number of
effluents feasibly and safe will be a challenge of utmost
importance ecological, social and economic for Latin America
in the next decades.

Solid Waste Management |
|
The central objective of the program is to expand and to
carry out the proper management of the urban solid waste
in order to minimize its impact to the environment and
to the public health.
