National Project Bodies
At national level, the institutional framework proposed is as follows:
- National Focal Point (NFP)
- National Implementation committee (NIC)
The National Focal Points (NFP) is in charge of the project implementation at country level. One of the two National Institutional Focal Points has been nominated by the country as National Project Coordinator.
A National Implementation Committee (NIC) chaired by the National Project Coordinator will guide project implementation at the national level and ensure inter-sectoral coordination as a step towards sustainability.
