Sulan has recently completed her PhD thesis with the University of Maryland at College Park majoring in political economy and international relations, with a particular interest in international environmental policies. She received her bachelor's degree from Nankai University, China and was also trained in international economics in the Johns Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies. Prior to joining the PCU, Sulan had worked for the GEF Secretariat, Washington DC and UNOPS, New York. |
