The ECENA Exchange Programme, which focuses on EU candidate countries and potential candidates, aims to increase capacities through the exchange of experience and best practices related to projects of the EU Network for the Implementation and Enforcement of Environmental Law (IMPEL) and the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control, Seveso II, Waste Landfill and Large Combustion Plants Directives, as well as the development of the European Pollutant Emission Register (EPER) and the combating of environmental crime. The website provides information, documentation, logistical details and online registration.
