Annual tons of nitrogen reduced: 8 Demo farms estimated at 14
Annual tons of phosphorous reduced: 8 Demo farms estimated at 2 t/yr
Other outcomes: DRP investigated wide range of activities aimed at nutrient reduction. River Basin Management, Nutrient Modelling, Nutrient Trading, Municipal WWTW financing, stakeholder engagement, small grants projects, wetlands restoration
