Laptops computer, Small Diesel generator, Satellite mobile phones, BGAN (Broadband Global Area Network) Satellite Terminal with activated service SIM card, UPS with 3KVA
Duration of contract: Until commissioning has finished

Tender Process
International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedure.
Bids must be delivered to the Mekong River Commission Secretariat (address below) by 27 April 2010, 15:00 (local time). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and return unopened. Bids will be opened at 15:00 in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person. All bids must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee of 2% of the total bid price.
