| The State of the Basin Report 2003 is the first report in six years to review all the main water-related sectors of fisheries, agriculture, forestry, hydropower, trade and transport, domestic water, sanitation and flooding in the four Lower Mekong Basin countries of Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Viet Nam. The report provides an introduction to the geography, hydrology, plant and animal life of the river basin, as well as the social and economic circumstances of its peoples. |
