Appendix 3. Lao PDR. 2007 flood damage assessment caused by Tropical Storm Lekima

Description Assessment methodology is based on data reporting from Provincial Agriculture and Forestry Office (PAFO), MAF, PDMC ( NDMO), and damages data collection by representative of NDMO, DMH, LNMC and FMMP (MRCS) on the period from 2nd to 5th January, 2007
