The mid-term project evaluation of the LCBC GEF Project has been scheduled to hold as from the 25th February 2007. The evaluation will commence in N'djamena by a team comprising of World Bank staff and external consultants. The programme of activities include consultation with the First Commissioner of LCBC in Cameroon who is also the Governor of the Far North Province and meeting with stakeholders in the Waza-Logone Pilot Demonstration Project. The evaluation team will also meet local stakeholders and visit local initiatives project sites in Jigawa and Kano States of Nigeria. The evaluation team will complete its work on the 10th of March in Niamey, Republic of Niger.
